All Group Fitness Classes at Edge Family Fitness are included in your gym membership at no additional cost. We offer classes throughout the day 7 days a week.

Zumba Fitness fuses international rhythms with easy-to-follow dance moves. A fun and effective fitness class that feels more like a night out dancing than a workout at the gym. Dance moves inspired by Latin styles such as mambo, cha cha cha and salsa, as well as belly dance, swing and more.

With Pilates you can expect an increase in flexibility, mobility, balance and body awareness, as well as a decrease in back pain or other general pains. This mat-based workout is designed to help participants develop leaner, longer-looking muscles, establish core strength and stability, and heighten mind-body awareness

This yoga class integrates the postures, breathing exercises, relaxation and meditation to harmonize you on every level - body, mind and spirit. It is a delicious, mindful and moving class. All levels welcome.

This class mixes kickboxing and simple dance moves with music that makes you want to move. This full body workout combines sport specific drills, intervals, kickboxing moves and a mind/body influenced cool down to give you the ultimate cardiovascular and strength workout. Experience the thrill of outdoor cycling inside the club. In our authentic and athletic cycling class, motivating instructors and up-tempo music keep you energized as you sweat through grueling hill climbs, flat terrain, head winds, tail winds and anaerobic intervals.
Join a community of seniors and older adults for a total-body workout appropriate for any fitness level. Silver & Fit classes are designed to increase flexibility, joint stability, balance, coordination, agility, muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance. The workout combines aerobic, flexibility and resistance (strength) training with plenty of friendly fun.
Advanced Step is the energizing step workout that makes you feel liberated and alive. Using a height-adjustable step and simple movements on, over and around the step. Cardio blocks push fat burning systems into high gear followed by muscle conditioning tracks that shape and tone all over!
